Greenspan Power undertook the design, engineering, and installation of industrial power systems across several international manufacturing and energy facilities.
The project spanned three continents — covering Asia, the Middle East, and Africa — and required the integration of turbine-driven power generation units with existing high-voltage electrical infrastructures.

Our role covered the complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) lifecycle, starting from feasibility assessment and conceptual design, progressing through equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning.

The client’s objective was to replace aging power systems with modern turbine-based solutions capable of supporting high-load operations, while improving energy efficiency and safety compliance.
To achieve this, Greenspan Power deployed a multidisciplinary engineering team — mechanical, civil, and electrical — coordinating through a centralized project management system to ensure real-time communication across all active sites.

Engineering Scope

  • Design and simulation of turbine-driven power systems using advanced load analysis software.
  • Installation of high-voltage switchgear, control panels, transformers, and grounding networks.
  • Integration of programmable logic controllers (PLC) for real-time energy monitoring.
  • Civil and structural foundation work for turbine skids and electrical bays.
  • Site testing, vibration analysis, and final commissioning certification.

Challenges & Solutions

The project faced tight site access, high ambient temperatures, and multi-vendor equipment integration.
To mitigate risks, we developed a phased implementation plan, allowing simultaneous construction and commissioning in separate zones.
This reduced downtime and ensured uninterrupted client operations during installation.

Results & Outcomes

  • Installed power systems totaling 50+ MW capacity.
  • Reduced downtime by 27% through smart automation integration.
  • Enhanced operational safety and control visibility with digital SCADA panels.
